The focus for this project was to design a creative space that would also serve as a functional operations office for the HPP Building Management Office to oversee the ongoing needs for the entire Studio property. The CDG performed full-scope design and architectural services, including the custom design and fabrication of decorative laser-cut plywood panel features within the space. All furniture was selected and specified to integrate with the natural wood structure of the base building and to support wellness through use of height-adjustable work spaces and ergonomic seating. The space was transformed into a bright and inviting office that serves as the operations hub for this Studio property.
